1. Introduction Program – 1 Time per Week
The Introduction Program is designed for beginners who want to learn the foundations of Karate Do in a supportive and disciplined environment. Students are introduced to basic techniques, coordination, respect, and self-confidence while developing the fundamental principles of discipline, focus, and perseverance. This class provides a structured and welcoming entry into Karate Do for children who are beginning their martial arts journey.
Price: $100 per month | Class Time: Friday, 3:20 PM – 4:20 PM
2. General Program – 2 Times per Week (Fixed Training Block)
The General Program is designed for students who want to progress steadily in their Karate Do journey. Training two times per week allows students to improve their techniques, physical conditioning, and understanding of Karate principles. Classes include fundamental and intermediate techniques, forms (kata), partner drills, and self-defense applications, while reinforcing discipline, respect, focus, and personal development. Students enroll in a fixed training block to ensure consistent instruction and balanced class sizes.
Price: $180 per month | Class Times:
Block A – Monday & Wednesday, 3:20 PM – 4:20 PM
Block B – Tuesday & Thursday, 3:20 PM – 4:20 PM
3. Local Competition Program – 3 Times per Week
The Local Competition Program is designed for students who want to begin competing at local and regional tournaments while continuing to develop strong technical foundations. Training three times per week focuses on advanced techniques, sparring fundamentals, speed, timing, and tournament preparation. Students in this program represent Grace Karate Do at local competitions and build the discipline required for higher levels of competition.
Price: $240 per month | Class Times: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday – 4:20 PM – 5:20 PM
4. Elite / National Competition Program – 5 Times per Week
The Elite Competition Program is designed for highly committed students who want to compete at regional and national levels. Students train five times per week focusing on advanced techniques, conditioning, sparring strategy, mental preparation, and tournament performance. This program requires a high level of discipline, commitment, and leadership while preparing students to represent Grace Karate Do at the highest level of competition.
Price: $300 per month | Class Times: Monday – Friday, 4:20 PM – 5:20 PM
