LETTER FROM A DOCTOR

Life, even when filled with happy moments that can make us believe this is the norm, also presents obstacles along the way—moments that can either paralyze us or lead us to react in ways that do not help us overcome the challenge.

In my case, after years of effort, study, achievements, building a family, and developing a profession that fulfilled me, I experienced a serious illness that shook the very foundations on which my life was built.

I am convinced that the phone call I received more than nine years ago from my respected and valued friend, Rodolfo Aguilar, was not a coincidence.

Since that moment, his support and guidance as a Christian Life Coach have provided me with a practical, deep, and respectful way to organize and prioritize situations and thoughts so that they work constructively in my life.
